but i feel ya deadguy. this weekend i got a damn stomach virus. it came on saturday afternoon and, unfortunately, it's still with my ass... non-stop high-volume shit, in the beginning anyway. haven't eaten too much in the past 48 hours as eating just seems to fuel the fire. bad stuff. i'm already down 5lbs as of this morning. taking some stuff to stop the shits and it's kind of working. i has something similar happen to me around thanksgiving but i had that for a full week. hope this goes soon so i can get on with hst. starting the 5's tomorrow!!!
