Thats BS. The only thing related to your arm that will add to your fastball is rotator cuff/forearm exercises and throwing ED or EOD. Long toss is sweet for adding to the MPH's.

AAS will make your legs stronger if you are working out hard. Legs are where a lot of speed comes from when you push off the mound. A great example of this would be Roger Clemens.
