After your first cycle and and deconditioning, most people will either do one week of 15s or skip right to the 10s. If your joints are feeling a little stressed, then I would recommend doing the 15s.
SDs are usually about 9-14 days. Its possible you came back a little early, but shouldnt be a big deal. Then after this cycle you could take a longer SD to see how it compares.
