DONT INCREASE THE WEIGHT. Bryan posted a few weeks ago that he recommended adding an extra set or if you do 4 sets total for chest like 2 sets of bench and 2 sets of incline db than do 4 sets of bench monday, 4 sets of incl on wed etc. So you would be doing 4 sets of 5 reps with your previous 1 set 5 rep max. If it is a bodypart where you only do one exercise than I would add a set or two to it depending on how you feel. Quote: |
