hey bro, i've been taking this new stuff called methyldienolone for the last 2 weeks and, let me tell you, holy shit!!! killer stuff. no weight gain, but i've gotten really strong, really quick. and i seem to be leaning out. to prevent myself from getting injured, i've reduced my rest times between sets to about a minute for deads and squats and about 30-45 seconds for arms, chest and shoulders. and this is with the 5's!!! and even with this little rest, i'm still getting stronger and lifting more. my endurance is going through the roof as i don't feel the least bit tired while doing cardio on an incline treadmill following the weights. i know it's hard to believe, but it's true. this stuff is outrageous and i highly recommend it. the only sides i see are a bit of pimples on the shoulders/back and it takes me longer to come.
