I LOVE GEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!MORE,MORE,MORE,MORE!!!!!!!!!! !!!!LOL!!LOL Just Kiddin!!!!! There are so many variables it has to be on a case by case basis. Mostly Yrs and amount of cycles under belt. I'm older fart and need more to get results but must remember other health issuses(can't spell for shit being one of them LOL) Correct me if wrong but don't different compounds take different pathways to some extent? So I would think some of those mgs. should be used on at least 3-4 other compounds, I'm using 750-1000mg
