It is very important to have some food in you before training...Even if its something small, you need some fuel! TRy some oatmeal and some egg whites or something...
I am always curious as to how people can workout first thing in the morning...WHen i wake up I am always dehydrated(I will drink 1/2g of water) in the morning with my breakfast...THere is no way I could train first thing in the A.M.. ANyone else feel this way?
