from all my reading about it, and i've read quite a bit, and from my own personal experience, you don't need an anti-e with md. i'm just finishing up a cycle of it at 4mg ed for a little over 3 weeks and the stuff is rocking. strength way up and i'm up 5 lbs with no fat gains. can't complain. no problems with gyno at all. the only side is testicular atrophy and a little bit of light acne on the upper back and shoulders. to be safe, keep some nolva on hand just in case you get any gyno symptoms.
from what i read you should do the milk thistle and nac before and after your cycle because these liver protectant supplements help to increase glutathione levels in the liver and this, in turn, will increase the breakdown of oral drugs, thus making them less effective. although increasing liver enzymes is good for your liver, it is bad for any drugs you want to take and allow them to pass through your liver unabated. that's why it's a better idea to use liver protectant supplements before and after a cycle to help your liver rebuild its enzymes after they have been damaged by the methylated prohormones/prosteroids.
