if you're just looking to save muscle while dieting, that 250mg/wk of
sust would do. if you're also looking for some LBM gains, then i dont think its enough.
as far as being discreet and not gaining too much too fast, that all depends on how much you eat.
now, all that being said, its not going to be easy putting on muscle while dieting down and losing fat. do one or the other, and i think you'll like the results alot better.
as for anti-e's, you "shouldnt" need them on that dose. but its better to have them and not need them, then to need them and not have them.
