testicular atrophy does occur with HRT. But it really doesnt matter since you are on a constant dose of test any way. Doctors do prescribe periodic doses of HCG as I understand it. Also there is no cosmetic issue at least for me my balls dont shrink to the point where I can notice it, let alone my wife.

I go for my HRT screening on Tuesday, wish me luck.
