can someone help me on the way this cycle shold be planned out?
I have juiced before, I am 30 y/o , 5'7 now 165 and 10% fat ,I train and eat properly and I am eventually looking to compete in sept, I also understand that there are cycles posted throughout and sample bulk cycles are here , but if I can get some advice on this it will be greatly appreciated, thanks
