Default 2 issues.

2 issues.

1. The guns must be legally owned by you depending on the law of your state or that is an illegal possession charge.

2. Even if the guns are owns by you legally, you can't use them in an illegal manner/the commission of a crime. e.g., you have a properly owned, registered firearm in your home according to the laws of your state, but when law enrorcement knocks on your door you stupidly decide to grab that firearm and try to blast your way out the back window. On the opposite side, if they just happen to come across that same firearm during a search of your home, you should have no problems (possession of legitimate home protection/sportsman usage that many registration papers literally say on them), despite what else you may have in your home, you legally possess it. (Just don't don't have it litererally sitting on top of something illegal where they can somehow claim that the firearm is used as part of protection the protection of your "illegal business" if they drum up some trafficking empire charge).

This is real broad, if you really need the specifics, contact a real attorney.
