I would think if you were selling from your residence with firearms present that they would tack on possesion of a firearm while commiting a felony. even if they only got you for being an end user I'm sure they would confiscate your guns having firearms while in the commission of a felony. If they they only had possesion on you they may not go after the added charge but I'm sure they would confiscate themhaving firearms while in the commission of a felony.
