if you are dealing it is a bad idea even if they are registered in the write up they will make sure they mention that fireamrs were found and same deal in court as to paint a picture of you as this big bad gangster drug dealer. they can not legally get you in any more trouble but it just sounds real bad in court and could alter decisions i would think
