I agree that the quads are my favorite place to inject. I started with the glutes before getting enough balls to try the quads. Never done anything that had to be shot more than once per week though. The only thing I can recommend about shooting in the glute is that I always try to put all my weight on the leg opposite of the side of the shot so the muscle stays relaxed and doesn't spasm. I want to try
test suspension for my next cycle and will probably venture into delt, calf, tri's and bi injections. Chest, traps and lats just seem way to crazy to me.
