test. I would guess the best bet is to drink as much water as you can~2 gallons a day or so, and be sure not to put any extra salt on your foods and try to stick to low sodium foods as well..as for nolva, like I said, I am new to
roids also, but it seems that 60mg/ED would be far too much for the amount of gear u r running, maybe 20-30mg/ED should do it. Also I found that I can lose a lot of water weight and puffiness by sitting in the sauna at my gym 4 days a week. Hopefully some of this will help, good luck man.
