I'm on day 3 of my I T3 and
Clen cycle. I'm doing 35 minutes of cardio 5-6 days a week and my cal. intake is below normal. I'm lifting three days a week as well. What I'm wondering is this, I'm in college and am doing a lot of writing every day and the shaking already on day three is making it a little hard to write, but barable. Now when I'm in the middle of week two and starting week three, I have a feeling it's gonna be pretty crazy, anything I can take to help the shakes go down a bit? I heard pottassium worked somewhat.
