If you are just doing 300mg of
deca, just split it up to twice per week shots. Deca has a very long half life, so you could shoot it all in one shot, but most likely you'll be shooting
test as well twice per week, so it's usually easier to do 1-2ccs of
test and 1cc of
deca in a
syringe twice per week.
