bacjk from a car accident that left me out for a year. blew my shoulder and knee to pieces. just be really crefull how much you lift, especially if you have cartilage damage. deca will help that but still do no and i mean do not expect to go back lifting what you once were....take your time. trust me . so what if you have to lift less. if you have cartilage damage and it wasnt repaired there is a chance of major scar tissue build up as well as more damage to the spot with the cartilage damage. talk to your dr. but def lift lighter and go for more reps. and also this is a must. i say this bc i did 6 months of physical therapy so i had to follow a strict regiment. stretch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1most of us dont but if you have any serious damage you must stretch otherwise you will tear that cartilage even more. as fro4r your pct you are doing good. i didnt read your entire post but if u did this is great if not 1000iu of hcg for atleast 15 days...this will help dramatically. im back at the gym two weeks and i look very close to were i was before the accident a year prior. i also did proviron through my recovery to stimulate the receptors..good luck and dont over do it.....take care and hope all is weel bro. be safe......strength
