Weightgainers, meat, peanut butter, milk, more milk, bananas.... Start by doing pushups every night-- the regular way, and then with your hands froming a triangle under your chest (for triceps). Do them every night after your close to bed meal-- try to make it up to 100 of each, then drink a concoction of protein, milk, banana, and pb before sleeping. of course, going to the gym is muhc better-- but if you can't, improvise.
But defintely eat-- that body is raging for food!
