I really dont have motivation per se, but what I do have is my time. I consider my time in the gym "my time." When I am in the gym, I dont have school, work or personal relationships bothering me. I am there for me and me only. I take my headphones and blast some tunes while I workout. No one else bothers me, unless someone needs a spot or something like that.
Also, I consider myself a very methodical lifter, so part of my motivation is to try out new diets, new routines and new stacks. Then I get to come to Meso and share my knowledge and experience. Therefore, I can say that the Meso community itself is part of my motivation. I dont have a workout partner, so I sort of see Meso as my collective workout partner. Sounds corny, but its true.

Mark
