I'm on a ketogenic diet right now, so in an effort to keep the fat and calories elevated without resorting to horseshit foods like bacon and high fat ground I eat olive oil. It was suggested to me by BobSmith. What I do it put a little bit of water in a cup and then suspend the oil in the water and suck it down.
