on diet...
my nutritionist has me on a pretty personalized program at the moment, trying to lean up. it's coming along fairly well all-natural, but i just cant stand it any longer, gotta add some good "supps"...anyway, i was wondering, let's say i go for one of the cutters, should i convey this fact to her so that she can adjust my diet accordingly, or do you have any suggestions so that i dont have to reveal this to her? thanks
