500, 400, 200, 100... ? Looks like a classic tapering off cycle from the 1970's and 80's... Before accumulated knowledge and science showed the foolishness of such things. This hasn't been used by anyone who knows what they're doing for over 10 years.
And since you've been out of real training for about 3 years, why don't you just train right and eat right for the next 6 months... during which, if you know what you're doing and thanks to muscle memory, you could easily pack on anywhere from 20-40 pounds naturally. Then do a cycle.
