Default which is better -- winny tabs or winny liquid taken orally
If I had a choice of QV Stan 50 liquid or QV Stan 10 tabs, both taken orally, which is better, assuming equal amounts? Why?

Is one more effective, therefore allowing me to take less?

Which produces better results?
