anavar. Given that you just want to increase stremf without any other "side effects" such as LBM accrual, that may be your best bet.
Personally, I've never been as strong as the time I used
tren. That's my second option for you. I would think that 75mg EOD of
tren and 200mg/wk of
test should produce great gains in strength and other good things like vascularity.
This is, of course, assuming that you're a thrower and not a runner.
Tren cramped me up something fierce. I don't think that would work well for a sprinter. Just something to think about.
