I must say man, good post.... it's good that someone actually did some research and knows something before questioning. A good first cycle to gain strength but not too much weight is a tough one, especially since this will be your start. If I may... start with
test prop, on the basis that most people will agree there is no cycle w/o
test. Run it at a low dose, maybe 60mg ED or 75mg ED, with some Bold
prop also at a low dosage. End off the cycle with a little
winstrol, and you will be set. Chances are you can lose 5-10 lbs fat and gain 15 lbs muscle... so that would put you at your 5 lb gain mark, and let me tell you... you'll love this cycle. Your strength will skyrocket, and you will be so hard and cut up you will feel great. You will be VERY hungry b/c of the
EQ, but fil yourself up with tons of protein, and keep the carbs low, only loading b4 your workout.
