Just wanted to ask if anyone has used these scales before that give a read out of your BF%
Anybody know how accurate they are, or worth the several hundred dollars they cost
Any good links to really tell ones BF% on your own with household items?
Thanks Bros....

They are absolutely worthless and trust me I know. My first one I bought was 4 years ago and was I think a Tanita athlete brand which wass 99.99 dollars and stored up to 4 different members info, and was suppose to be able to calculate the bf of athletes. First of all I should have realize then that it wasn't worth it because when there is product for regular people and then one for atheletes but the perform the exact same function-well I got my education. First of all you have to imput all type of info: neck measurement, waist size, height and sex. Then there are rule to follow for a so-called accurate reading. First of all you have to check more than once becuase it states that you may have different readings due to body water levels, body temputures, amount of food in your tummy and other factors I can't remember right now. So I would check body fat levels 3 or 4 times in one day and you know what? Levels may vary from 11 on low end and 32 on high end. So they are not worth it.
