Tension or exertional headache. Usually dies off after a couple of days. If it comes on regardless of the type of work / work level (CV, weights, going up stairs, sex) then GO TO YOUR DOC NOW!

If it only happens with v high intensities of work then back off for a few days, stop training and drop any supps for a couple of days or more then come back and train again. If you then get pain go to the Doc, if not dial back in the work load over a week or two and get going again.

Be cautious with this - i get exertion headaches and thats all they are but without a scan you can't know for sure and it may be more serious so TAKE CARE.

Cheers,

Gavin.
Yea I stopped supplementing with Swole and Arginine on Friday. Monday I got the headache thing again at the gym, but just popped a couple aspirin and walked/jogged for about 15 mins and it went away and I finished my workout. Tuesday I had to play in a company softball game and no headache when running round the bases. Wednesday I lifted no problem; no aspirin and no headaches. Hopefully today will go equally well, I think my supplement combination was giving me high BP.

Thanks,

Ryan
