I have the same problem....i am 6'2" and my arms are the slowest growing parts of my body. i have found the compound excercises definately work the best for me atleast.

i dont completely agree with isolation excercises because I dont feel that isolation is what something like your biceps need. my favorite bicep excercise is the standing barbell curl w/ arms just wider than shoulder width.

i agree with Jeff Willet and Skip Lacour's method of "controlled cheating" which allows you to strengthen all the other muscle groups which stabalize your curling motion and prevent unnecessary stress on the joints, etc.

curl up fast with minimal upperbody movement, and slow on the way down.

this along with some hammer dumbell curls seem to do the trick.

low reps, high weight, non-isolation movements, intensity!!!
