i wouldnt really say anything is wrong with it, I am just talking about how my body reacts to isolation movements compared to compound movements. i feel that when your body has some play/movement in it, it is a more natural movement with a more natural range of motion.
i have tried to isolation movements and I dont grow nearly as well using them.
