for cruises I found cruisevalue.com the cheapest if you can book 6 + months in advanced. They will book it at a group rate if you book it that early.
on another note, im in the process on opening up a travel agency and should be up and running by the first of the year at the latest. And will cut the meso bro's the best deal I possibly can. I plan on catering to cruise tours, but I will carry hotels, flights, cars, etc. I let everybody know when everything is up and running.
