Funny that you mention that because when I was getting the headaches I would instinctively do pretty much exactly that because I can feel the pressure in that exact spot you just described. Did the doctor explain to you what exactly caused the headaches . . .I don't know about lack of fluids in my case though, I drink plenty of water?
