311 is so funky, they have such a funky sound. They remind me in a lot of ways of The Red Hot Chilli Pepper's guitarist - both of them are just so unique and funky.
The lyrics on all of their songs are just great. I can listen to a song, belt out the lyrics with them and everything fits..........everything makes sense, there is a method to their madness.
The bass player is a fucking BADASS. I swear 311's bass player is a fucking monster. So many songs, he just has these amazing riffs. I definitely would kill to play the bass as well as him. |
