Ok, for once and for all....site injections are bogus. The reason why you inject in the glutes- because the muscles are so big and dense, that the oil will despense better through your body. Shoot 3 cc's of
test e in your delt and 3 cc's in your glute..tell me which one doesnt hurt. And the paper that told that the
deca had to be rotated...any shots have to be rotated...due to buildup of scar tissue. Diabetics do it...they have no problems even though they are sub q'ing.
