Patuba, just make sure that you don't overeat initially...I've made this mistake before and just got fat even with the
AAS...Gradually increase those calories as well as protein...Personally, I don't even count calories when bulking, I just make sure to log protein and to eat every 3 hrs...I just want to add that although I don't count calories per se, I make sure that the food is clean for the majority of my meals.
