First i would ask you how often are you training your arms? Some Bros do 30 plus sets for arms more than they do for legs and then they do that twice a weeks, IMO thats way tooo much training. I train my arms alone, I dont include another body part, if i get done too early I'll use that time on the treadmill. I used to have trouble with arm size and here are a few things that helped me:
Single cable curls
Cable reverse curl
Preacher curls
Incline bench alternating dumbbell curls
Now remember to switch up your training routine every few weeks. Also try to drink a protein drink right after your workout. Hope this info helps you some.
