Default I was listening to the radio...

You all ever heard of Tom Lyckis ? He has a call in radio show out of LA and is all over the west coast. The guy is very succesful in radio giving guys advice on how to screw more women, not get them pregnant, how to not get tricked into knocking a woman up blah blah..he calls it Lyckis 101.

Yesterday on the show he had an interesting topic talking about all the federal taxpayer aid that goes to the Hurricane victims , who knowlingly live in a danger zone . Its not a matter of is a natural disaster will strike, its a matter of when.

Here is my question to you all;

Should people who live in an area of the country like Florida or along a fault line such as in California, be compensated for their losses with taxpayer money ? I used to Live in Cocoa Beach FL. and I know full well what the dangers of living in such an , which i though as close to paradise as i have ever been in the USA, were, and carried insurance always for hurricanes to protect my belongings, my loss of wages etc and i was only renting. This type of insurance costed me more than 1k per yr. Hurricane Charley has done an estimated 11 billion dollars worth of damage in Florida alone.
