i used Max-OT for about a year....I was on no
AAS and just using basic supps and eating very clean and often. I put on a good 25 lbs that year alone and actually lost body fat. To tell you the truth, I loved the program. I may think about goin back to it after a while just to change things up. Workouts always last under an hour, intensity levels are great, and strength really seems to go through the roof. on another note, I got to meet all the guys over at AST when I was at the USAFA. Jeff Willet is a big mother fucker. Paul Cribb and the other guys are some of the most down to earth and knowledgeable bastards I have ever gotten to talk to. I watched Willet do a arm workout....holy shitballs is that dude strong. Now im sure there are plenty of people who can do it, but I have never seen anyone rep 195 on a barbell curl for 6 reps. His fuckin veins in his arms look like they are gonna explode when hes curling.
