If I go to do extensions the knee will pop some times now about the first 5-6 reps and then quit. Also If I do Lunge and step far with the left leg(the right knee is the one that hurts) when I start to go down the right leg is stretched pretty far and as I get my right knee about 6-8 inches off the ground I feel something almost like a pop but its a little different. It feels like something is almost pulling apart in it and then as I get all the way to the end of the loung ,knee barely off the ground, the tightness of the pull releases and starts over again when I get back close to that position.
