I'm trying decide which cycle to start with. I'm 6' 225lbs but I have about 20% bf. I really want to get rid of my midsection, however I still want to ad size and strength. Personally I don't want to gain any more weight, but realize I may have to to get the size and strenght. Should I start with a bulking cycle or a cutting cycle, or is there a cycle that will allow me to grow muscle mass while cutting fat (combo cutting/bulking cycle). Long term goal is 210 lbs hard lean muscle.
