interesting thread i found about sprint cell charges
HERE's the number one tip for anyone considering Sprint for Cell Service......................DON'T DO IT!!!!!!! I have been working with Sprint for over 6 months now, selling phones for them. They are by far the most difficult company to work with, have the absolute worst coverage, unless you would like to pay 40 cents a minute plus long distance charges to use your phone. Also, there is NO customer service. If you call customer service you get an auto attendant, Claire, which is totally useless, and if you want to talk to a real person Sprint wants you to pay three bux. Can you believe that? 3 dollars just to talk to a human. There is however a way around that charge. Should you ever need to talk to a person at Sprint (which by the way will get you NO WHERE), just call the TTY number listed on the back of your bill. It will ask you to enter 1 for enlish, 2 for spanish. THIS IS THE TRICK> DON'T ENTER ANYTHING!!!!!!! Then it will say transfering and will ask for your mobile number, again don't press anything. This will happen three times and then it will transfer you to customer service....for FREE!!! F*CK YOU and YOUR F*CKING AUTO ATTENDANDT SPRINT!
I hope that everyone and their dog will call on this line from now on and bypass SPRINTS blatent ASS-RAPING of their "customers."
