I feel you bro, I 've been in the same situation. Try by decreasing frequency of meals to maybe 4 times per day, I used to eat 6 to 8 times a day and my stomach was growing, we are all different...remember
Ronnie Coleman claims he eats 4 times a day only. I'd increase cardio to 30 minutes 5 times a week along with 30 to 45 minutes of supersets(1 body part per day)
This has helped me in the past reducing my waistline, it may help yours.
