i am resolving the same overage charges right now. i switched plans in the middle of last month, which you think would be a good thing with more minutes for less money. Well, this did not allow me to push *4 on my phone and check my minutes. this went on for 2 weeks and all of a sudden they tell me that i have exceeded my spending limit and my service is suspended. i have 1100 anytime minutes in my plan and they are telling me that between sept 1-3 i used 350 extra minutes. complete bullshit as i do all my talking after 8pm. my bill is now $214 and i was unable to A.) check my balance through the phone, and b.) get online password would not work. Complete bullshit. I tried to argue with them, and i am about to cut off service. they are crooks. they should have to send you a text message when your anytime minutes are about to end. this is horseshit.
