1. to take
gh shot prior to workout and insulin PWO
2. take
gh shot at the same time as insulin PWO
3. Take
gh shot wait an hour and take humlog shot and the two will peek at the same time. The critics of this theory say that it will make the
gh ineffective
In this case humalog is being used. Time difference can vary if it was humalinR.
