over at chemical anarchy [animals board] they had a study on a 32 year old BBer whos steroid use had left him with a substandard amount of endogenous
test. it was somehow affecting his ability to have children.
they put him on
hcg and menstral hormones for 3 months, whereupon his
test levels came back up, and they conceived about 7 months later [to make sure i didnt use the incorrect word, they found out she was pregnant].
so, it would seem that at least in his case, the
hcg didnt burn anything out. and contrarily, seemed to improve it.
so, make of that what you will.
