First, thanks for the great info and all of the time you have put into this forum. I have been reading a lot of the archives and props to you for tons of good info.

I need some help. I saw you first timers cycle and have some questions. Here is some background on me: 5'8" 170 40years old. 8 years ago I hurt my back bad. Felt sorry for myself, quit lifting and gained about 45lbs. Two years ago I got off my ass and into the gym. I have since lost almost all of the weight I put on, and am nearly back up in strength. I use to be fairly ripped, but now I am total flabby boy. And I can't seem to get that pump I used to get even from strip sets. I know that my hormone levels probably changed since I last lifted. I would really like to get that cut back. Maybe a little mass, but more cut. I eat 5x per day alternating simple carbs and protein. about 80-85% of my calories are protein or aminos. I have tried some prohormones with no results. Is the first beginers cycle right for me, or should I add something like winny? And how in the world do I ask someone if they can sell me gear? I think I'd get pummled if I did that at the gym. Are any of these internet pharmacys reliable?
