Yes, excellent program, that's the one I posted about in the "I ripped my f@#king shirt" thread.
I'm starting my fourth week on high intensity this sunday so I'm just about finished with it. I've really liked it so far. There were a couple of times I was going to quit because my joints ached so much, mainly my hips/hip flexors and shoulders, but I've managed to work through it. My only dilemma now is how to max out on bench w/o a bench shirt.
Oh yeah, for the last four wks I tweeked my percentages a little. If you follow the program exactly, you wont even hit your projected maxes. I just tweeked mine so that I would. All in all, it's a good pl program, not so much for size, mainly for strength. Stick with it, it's only 8 wks, I think you'll be pleased w/ the results.
