I've never heard that lowering weight and raising reps "burns" muscle?!?!? Cardio right now is MUST along with the diet! I'm trying to get my bf% down. Cardio and diet is taking care of
fat loss, lowered weights higher reps is maintaining my gains from last cycle. Last cycle ended around early Nov., and I've kept 75% of my gains since! So workout is intake, mainly looking for advice on stack or any recommendations. Thank you, and please critique my workout if you see flaws!
