Let your cardio and diet take care of fat loss. Why do more reps anyway?
Maybe if you where 2 weeks out from a contest to avoid injury. Buy Ronnie Colemans The Unbelievable and you will see him Dumbell press 200LBS, deadlift 800LBS while dieting for the Mr Olympia, keep lifting heavy to help maintain your muscle.
